Return Policy
At Xennial Barn, each item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons like choosing the wrong size or changing your mind. Please double-check size charts and product details before placing your order.
However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective in any way, we’ve got you covered. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your item arrives with a printing error, damage, or a clear defect, please email us at support@xennialbarn.com within 30 days. If possible, please include your email address or phone number that you used to make this purchase, as well as a photo and brief description of the problem.
If your order is damaged or defective, we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.
Lost Packages
If your order appears to be lost in transit and it’s past the estimated delivery date, please let us know within 30 days of the delivery estimate. We’ll investigate and help resolve it.
Returns Without Contact
Please do not return items without first reaching out to us. Unclaimed or unauthorized returns may be donated or discarded and are not eligible for refund or replacement.
Shipping Address Issues
If the shipping address provided at checkout is incorrect and the package is returned, reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
